Beautifully appointed, well stocked with all the necessary appliances etc, fastidiously clean; and the final thoughtful touch the food items that were there. If we ever journey to Disney World again (and I'm certain we will), we will absolutely want to be your houseguests. Also, if you ever need references from anyone please feel free to use us.

Dear Nikki,
The house was absolutely beautiful inside and out! The alarm and gated community gave us a real sense of security. The grocery was located conveniently just down the road. The drive to Disney, Universal, and Discovery Cove was very easy, and we were far enough away that traffic was never a problem for us. When we arrived late that first night the exterior of the house was all lit up, and it looked very warm and inviting. The welcome basket of basic food supplies was perfect, and the starter toiletries were extremely helpful. The kitchen had every accessory anyone could ever possibly need. The kids loved the game room, and the PS2. There was an abundance of towels, pillows, and hot water. The house felt like a home to us, not just a rental property, and the kids miss it very much. We had a wonderful vacation!

I would like to say how much we all enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home. Spotlessly clean and with plenty of towels for all, it was a perfect base for us and lovely to 'come home' to at the end of a busy day at the parks. Especially knowing we had the glorious spa to look forward to.

We would definitely seek to stay at Calabay Dawn again when we return, and will unreservedly recommend your place to anyone wishing to stay in the area. Without hesitation.

we had a great time, the house was perfect in every way, we ate in quite a few nights (most nights!) due to our toddler but really enjoyed home coooking, a few drinks then chilling in the spa. Ate at Mannys a few times.........u probably know it but if not well recommended!

kids loved the internet and games room and BIG tv........thanks we had a really great time, and wouldnt hesitate to recommend you, if we ever come back hopefully we will, we will certainly book the house again.

shopping at outlets great and walmart being so close was a huge bonus,

you have a beautiful home, thanks again!

Just to say thanks for sending my deposit back to me so quickly and to say how amazed we were when we arrived at your beautiful house!! It's not often you actually get what you've been promised!! We had such a fantastic time and a big part of it was knowing we had such a lovely home to go back to. We spent many an evening having our meal and just sitting outside in the peace and quiet, except when the lads got in the pool and made us laugh with their antics with the alagator!
We hope we can stay there again when we go back in 2010 for my son's 21st birthday!
